After l. 194 S alone inserts these five lines

Iob was a paynym · & plesede god a prys,

And aristele (sic) al-so · sewede þe same secte,

And lad ful holy lyf · aftur lawe of kynde,

Where-fore hit semeþ soþly · by sondry skylus to schewe

Þat he is saf as was Iob · I can not seye þe soþe.
