S.P.D.] whiche wore alle foure-fotud bestes ande nedders of erþe ande fowles of heuen. [verse 13] & a voyce from heuen kome vnto [to S.P.D.] hym, ande sayde [S folio 103b] , Rise, Peter, slee ande ete. [verse 14] Ande Peter soþely saide, God forbede, Lorde; for neuer ȝitte I ete alle komune & vnclene (as who sey [seiþ S.P.] , none suche bestes) [underlined, S.P.C.] . [verse 15] Ande efte þo voyce saide vnto [to S.P.D.] hym, Þat at [þat S.P.] God has made clene, calle [clepe S.P.D.] þow hit not comune [& vnclene follows, P. onclen in marg., 1st corr. S.] . [verse 16] Ande [om. S.P.] þis was þries done, & þo vessel taken agayne vppe into [to S.P.D.] heuen. [verse 17] Ande þo while Peter mused in hymseluen what þis vision schulde be, þe [om. [verse 20] Rise vppe þerfore, ande go downe, ande wende forþe wiþ þem; & be þow noghte aferde, for I þoo men sente [corrected to sende, 1st corr. S.] . [verse 21] Saynte Peter ȝode downe ande sayde vnto [to S.P.D.] hem [þe men S.P.D.] , Lo, I am he whom þat ȝhe seche: what es þo cause wharfore þat ȝhe hider come? [verse 22] Þo whiche ansuered vnto hym, Cornelius centurio, a man þat es rightwise ande trewly dredes God ande has wytnes þeroffe alle þo folke of þo Iurye, an ansuere he hade of þo holy awngel forto sende efter þe ande brynge þe vnto [to S.P.D.] his howse þi wordes forto here. [verse 23] Ande Peter ledde hem inne, ande he þem þer harbarowede; ande vpon [on S.P.D.] þo [þat S.P. þat oþer D.] toþer daye roos ande ȝode forþe wiþ hem; ande summe of his breþer ȝode fro Ioppen wiþ hym. [verse 24] & soþely þo [þat S.P. þat oþer D.] toþer daye þei enterde into Cesarye [S folio 104] . Soþely Cornelyus gadured togider his knowne frendes ande [C folio 37b] hem þat nedfulle were vnto [to S.P.D.] hym, ande abode Peter ande þoo [hem S.P.D.] þat wore wente [for] [S.P.D. wiþ C.] hym.
