and ordeyned by this present lettres that the parte lettyng shold pay without lenger differryng to the partie that is I-lette, with|yn iij. daies immediatly or next folowyng suche maner lette, in the chirche of the blissed virgyn marye of Oxon C. shillings of sterlynges of lawfull and vsuell money rynnyng in Inglond. And yf hit falle or happe the party lettyng, as hit is I-said afore, to faile in all or in parte in the paiyng of the said C. shillings by x. dayes next or immediatly folowyng the said iij. dayes (that god forbede), the party abouesaid lettyng shold paie to the partie I-letted xxx. shillings of siluer in the said chirche of our lady and other xxx. shillings to the makyng of the chirch of lyncolne, his ordeynyng present yit abidyng sure.
