Anon thei ranne togeder in the feld Line 5834 With sperys sharpe, and made no more delay; he smote Generides vppon the sheld, The sheld to brast and fro hym fell away; Line 5837 And as his grace and fortune was that day, The spere ranne down by generides side, And ellys withoute fayle ther had he dyed.
