                                  And blyssed hym with hys hand ryȝt.
                                
                                  In hys hond he toke a spere,
                                
                                  And into the place he hyt bere.

                                  Of hys sted he lepe a-downe,

                                  Save me from thys fowle fellown,
                                
                                  And bryng me to savacioun,

                                  To slee thys thefe with myn hond,
