tHou owist forto knowe that he that hath in custome forto ete twies a day, and he vse to ete but ones, it grevith him for that he vsith not his custome, for þe stomak is out of his wone. ffor he þat usith him to ete at a certeyne houre, and he bigynne [folio 17b] to chaunge that houre, he shall parceyve in short tyme þat it doth him harme, for chaunging of custome chaungith nature.
