hym̛ & commawndid̛ hym̛ to haste hym̛. And
when̛ he beheld̛ þis holie maydyn̛, sodanlie he
was changid̛ in his witt, and feƚƚ vnto suche a wepyng
þat a grete while he mot not abstene hym̛ nor go furtℏ
of hur presens. And þan̛ þe chawntur purseyvid̛
þis & was meri, & sayd̛; "Go we! Whar-to sulde we
stand here at kepp buttyrfleis?" And he after grete sobbyng &
teris vnnethis mot be had away, and sayd̛; "I pray þe
forgyff me, for I wate nevur what I sayde. Bod now in þis holie
womman̛ I hafe purseyvid̛ be experyens þe vertue of
God Almyghtie."
