And þis tyrand̛ ansswerd̛ agayn̛ & said; "If we sla þaim þat luffis vs, what sulde we do with þaim att hatis vs?" And þus he ansswerd̛ manlie, & þoght for luf þat þis yong man̛ had vnto þis doghter of his, þat he luffid̛ hym̛ agayn̛ & wolde not suffre hym̛ hafe none iƚƚ.
