Mulieris nobilis virtus quandoque apparet in morte.

Iustinus tellis of ane þat hight Olimpias, and when̛ she saw armyd̛ men̛ come and̛ wold̛ hafe slayn̛ hur, sho went & cled hur in gay clothyng, & tuke ij maydens with hur and went to mete þaim. And when̛ þai saw hur in þat aray, þai wer astonyd̛ at sho did so & þai went agayn̛ vnto þer maisters [& teld] how þai fand̛ hur not ferd̛ nor fleand̛ fro dead̛, nor at sho was not ferd̛ for swerd̛ nor wownd̛, nor wepid̛ wommanlyke, bod resayvid̛ armyd men̛ mekelie with ioy & murtℏ, and obeyid̛ hur to vndergo dead̛. And þus sho was delyverd̛.
