Iamys, & said̛ þat he sulde be passand happie & so wer he wolde, for honor of hym̛, sla hym̛ selfe. And he onone, as he bad hym̛, tuke his swerd̛ & slew hym selfe þer he was hostid̛. And when̛ his oste fande hym̛, he was passand̛ ferd̛ to be suspecte for hym̛. And with þat, he þat was dead̛ turnyd̛ vnto life agayn̛, & said̛ þat when̛ þe devuƚƚ wolde hafe drawen̛ hym̛ vnto payn̛, Saynt Iamys come and delyverd̛ hym̛ & broght hym̛ befor̛ a iuge. And be þe sentance of þat iuge he was restorid̛ agayn̛ vnto life, & his wownd̛ helid̛, þat ilk man̛ might se itt.
