We rede in 'Libro de Dono Timoris' of a womman̛ þat was devowte; & on̛ a tyme when̛ sho wantyd̛ comfurtℏ at sho was wunte vnto, & was ferd̛ at it suld̛ tary lang or it come, & when̛ at it war commen̛ at it suld̛ sone pas away, and sho spakk vnto hur awn̛ vertues at was with-in hur & sayd̛; "My faythe! go þou vnto my Lord̛ God̛, & charge Hym̛ be aƚƚ þe articles þat er trowed̛ in Hym̛ þat He com̛ vnto me & comfurtℏ me. & my mynde!
