C. & eche S.P.] day hise frendes sette hym atte þo temple-dore þat was Speciosa, þer [S folio 89b] forto begge almes of hem þat ȝode in ande oute of þo temple. [verse 3] He þis whan he sawe Peter ande Ioon begynne to enter into þo temple, he preide hem of þer almes. [verse 4] Ande Peter wiþ Ioon bihelde vnto [to S.P.] hym, ande saide, Loke vpon vs. [verse 5] Ande he bihelde vpon hem, and trowed sum|whate to haue of hem. [verse 6] And þanne Peter soþely saide, Golde ande syluer haue I none (þat es to say, noþer) [gloss expunged, S. om. P.] ; bot soþely þat [om. P.] þat I haue I [þat I S.P.] gife vnto [om. S.P.] þe. In þo name of Iesu Criste [verse 7] of Nazareth, rise ande go; ande toke hise righte honde, ande lifte [rerid S.P.] hym vppe: & alssone wore hise lymes made hole ande sadde. [verse 8] Ande he stode vppe ande ȝode his way, worschipande ande þankande God.
