[verse 1] And y wytnesse to-fore God, & oure Lord Iesu Crist, þat schal deme boþe quyke men & dede, & by his comynge & his [verse 2] kyngdom; preche þou þe word, & stonde bysylyche boþe in hese & in anuy; & vndernyme þou, & byseche, & blame þou in eferich pacyence & in techynge.
