Etenim passer inuenit sibi domum: & turtur nidum vbi reponat pullos suos. ¶ fforwhi the sparow fand hows til him; and turtill nest whare sho sett hirre briddis. ¶ The sparow. that is, a meke will, fleghand fra erthly luf. fand hows til him. that is, wonynge in heuen. & has grete ioy whils he wate his setil ordaynd thare. and turtil, that is, chaste fleyss sorowand for syn. fand nest, that is, trouth. and charite. in the whilke here briddis be done. that is, godis werkys. that the glede bere thaim noght away. we thynk god in oure hert. and as sparowe we fleghe til hows. in fleyss we wyrke thorgh charyte. and as turtill we haf nest. And whilk is that nest.
