                                  Spek here with þi feble fader : vn-Armed and in elde!
                                
                                  Abid me nouþe, and ichulle for þe : ore louerd resun ȝelde.

                                  ¶ He a-liȝhte and vn-armede him : and weopinde ful sore
                                
                                  he ful to seint Iones fet : and cride him milce and ore,
