[verse 1] And the Lord spak to Moises and seide, [verse 2] Speke thou to the sones of Israel, and thou schalt seye to hem, A man that makith avow, and bihetith his soule to God, schal [he schal IS.] ȝyue the [Om. SW.] mesure of seyn|tuarie [the seyntuarie IKS.] , [verse 4] if it is a womman, sche schal ȝyue [verse 5] thretti siclis; forsothe fro the fifthe ȝeer `til to [vnto IS.] the twentithe ȝeer, a male [man S.] schal ȝyue twenti cyclis, a womman schal ȝyue [verse 6] ten ciclis; fro o [a IS.] monethe `til to [vnto IS.] the fifthe ȝeer, fyue ciclis schulen be ȝouun for a [verse 7] male [man S.] , thre ciclis for a womman; a male [man IS.] of sixti ȝeer and ouer schal ȝyue fiftene ciclis, a womman schal ȝyue ten cyclis. [verse 8] If it is a pore man, and may not ȝelde the valu, he schal stonde bifor the preest, and as myche as the preest preisith, and seeth that the pore man may ȝelde, so myche he schal ȝyue. [verse 11] Sotheli if ony man avowith an vncleene beeste, that may not be offrid to the Lord, it schal be [verse 12] brouȝt bifor the preest, and the preest schal deme whether it is good ether yuel, [verse 13] and schal [he schal IS.] sette the prijs; which prijs if he that offrith [auowith S.] wole [wole not A. sec. m.] ȝyue, he schal adde [adde to IS.] the fifthe part ouer the valu. [verse 14] If a man avowith his hows, and halewith it to the Lord, the preest schal biholde, `whether it is [wher that hous be IS.] good ether yuel, and bi the prijs, which [that IS.] [verse 15] is ordeyned of hym [the preest IS.] , it schal be seld; so|theli if he that avowide wole aȝen-bie it, he schal ȝyue the fifthe part of the valu aboue, and he schal haue the hows. [verse 25] `Ech preisyng [ech preisyng, that is, setting of valu BCKNQ. al the preisyng or valu I. ech preisyng or thing noumbrid S.] schal be peisid [preisid S.] bi the sicle of seyntuarie [the seyntuarie IS.] ; a sicle hath twenti halpens. [verse 26] No man may ha|lewe and avowe the firste gendrid thingis that perteynen to the Lord, whether it is oxe, whether [or I.] scheep, tho [thei IS.] ben the Lordis part [part withouten avow S.] .
