[verse 1] But also thou schalt do this, that thei be sacrid to me in preesthod; take thou a calf of the droue, and twei rammes with [verse 2] out wem, and therf looues, and a [Om. C.] cake with out sour dow, whiche [the whiche I.] be spreynt to gidere with oile, and therf paast sodun in watir, `bawmed, ether [Om. I.] fried, with oile; thou schalt make alle thingis [thes thingis IS.] of whete [pure whete IS.] [verse 3] flour, and thou schalt offre tho [hem I. these S.] put in a panyere [baskett IS.] . Forsothe thou schal presente the [verse 4] calfe, and twey rammes, and Aaron and his sones, at the dore of tabernacle [the tabernacle FGIKSX.] of wit|nessyng; and whanne thou hast waische [verse 5] the fadir and the [his IS. Om. X.] sones in watir, thou schalt clothe Aaron with hise clothis, that is, the [with the IS.] lynnen cloth [cloth or rochet S.] , `and coote [Om. I. and the coote K. and with the coope S.] , and the cloth [coope I. breest broche S.] on the schuldris, `and the racional [Om. S.] , which thou schalt bynde with a girdil. [verse 6] And thou schalt sette the mytre on his heed, and the hooli plate on [vpon IS.] the mytre, [verse 7] and thou schalt schede the oile of anoynt|yng on his heed; and bi this [Om. D.] custom he schal be sacrid. [verse 8] Also thou schalt presente hise sones, and thou schalt clothe [clothe hem IKS.] with

[verse 9] lynnun cootis [clothis IS.] , and thou schalt girde Aa|ron and hise sones with a girdil; and thou schalt sette mytris on hem [her heedis IS.] ; and thei schulen be my preestis bi euerlastynge re|ligioun. After that thou hast halewid `the [verse 10] hondis of hem [her hondis IS.] , also thou schalt presente the calf bifore the tabernacle of witness|yng; and Aaron and hise sones schulen [verse 11] sette [putte IS.] hondis [her hondis IS.] `on the heed therof [vp on the calfes heed IS.] ; and thou schalt sle it in the [Om. S.] siȝt of the Lord, bisidis the dore of the tabernacle of wit|nessyng. [verse 12] And thou schalt take the blood of the calf, and schalt [Om. B. thou schalt IS.] putte [putte it IS.] with thi fyn|gur on [vp on IS.] the corneris of the auter. For|sothe thou schalt schede the `tothir blood [other blood that is left I. other left blood S.] bisidis the foundement [foundementis G.] therof [of the auter IS.] . [verse 13] And thou schalt take al the fatnesse that hilith the entrailis [calfes entrailis S.] , and the calle of the mawe, and twey [the twey IS.] kidneris [kideneiren ELP.] , and the fatnesse which [that IS.] is on hem; and thou schalt offere [offere hem IS.] en|cense on [vp on IS.] the auter. [verse 14] Forsothe thou schalt brenne with out the castels [tentis IS.] the `fleischis of the calf [fleishe I. caluis fleshe S.] , and the [Om. IS.] skyn, and the dung, for it is for [sleyn for IS.] synne. [verse 15] Also thou schalt take a [o plures.] ram, on whos heed Aaron and hise [verse 16] sones schulen sette hondis; and whanne thou hast slayn that ram [ram into smale gobetis S.] , thou schalt take of `his blood [the blood of it I.] , and schalt [thou schalt S.] schede [schede it IS.] aboute the auter. [verse 17] Forsothe thou schalt kitte thilk ram in to smale gobetis, and thou schalt putte hise entrailis waischun [yweischen I. waischid S.] , and feet [his feet IS.] on [vp on IS.] the [his IS.] fleischis [fleishe IS.] koruun, and [verse 18] on [vp on IS.] his heed; and thou schalt offre [offre thus IS.] al the ram in to encence on [vp on IS.] the auter; it is an offryng to the Lord, the swettest odour of the [Om. IKS.] slayn sacrifice of the Lord. [verse 19] And thou schalt take the tothir ram, on [vpon K.] whos [his plures.] heed Aaron and hise sones schulen sette [verse 20] hondis [her hondis IS.] ; and whanne thou hast offrid that ram, thou schalt take of his blood, and schalt [thou schalt IS.] `putte on [putte it vp on IS.] the last part of the riȝt eere of Aaron, and of hise sones, and on [vp on IS.]

[verse 21] And whanne thou hast take of the blood, which [that IS.] is on the auter, and of oile [the oile EILPS.] of anoynting, thou schalt sprenge Aaron and hise clothis, the [and the F. sec. m. his IS.] sones and her clothis. And whanne thei [verse 22] and the [her IS.] clothis ben sacrid, thou schalt take the ynnere fatnesse of the ram, and the tayl, and the fatnesse that hilith the entrailis, and the calle of the mawe, and twey [the twey IS.] kideneris [kideneiren ELP.] , and the fatnesse that is on tho [hem IS.] ; and thou schalt take the riȝt schuldur, for it is the ram of consecra|cioun [halewyng IS.] ; [verse 23] and thou schalt take a tendur cake of o [a IS.] loof, spreynd with oile, paast [the paast IS.] sodun in [and A.] watir, and after fried in oile, of [this shalt thou take of IS.] the panyer [baskett IS.] of therf looues, which [that IS.] is set in `the siȝt of the Lord [Lordis siȝt IS.] . [verse 24] And thou schalt putte alle `thingis on [thes thingis vp on IS.] the hondis of Aaron and of hise sones, and schalt [thou schalt IS.] halewe hem, and reise [reise hem IS.] bifor the Lord. [verse 25] And thou schalt take alle thingis [thes thingis IS.] fro `the hondis of hem [her hondis IS.] , and schalt [Om. G. thou schalt IS.] brenne [brenne hem IS.] on the autir, in to brent sacrifice, `swettist odour in the siȝt of the Lord [the most swete smel in the Lordis siȝt IS.] , for it is the offryng of the Lord. [verse 26] Also thou schalt take the brest of the ram [wether IS.] , bi which Aaron was halewid, and thou schalt halewe it reisid [arerid IS.] bifor the Lord; and it schal turne in to thi part. [verse 27] And thou [also thou DGQRT.] schalt halewe also the brest sacrid, and the schuldur which [also which IS.] thou de|partidist [departist F.] [verse 28] fro the ram, bi which Aaron was halewid, and hise sones; and tho [thei I.] schulen turne in to the part of Aaron, and of hise sones, bi euerlastinge riȝt, of the sones of Israel; for tho [thei IS.] ben the firste thingis, and the bigynnyngis [bigynnynge GQ.] of the [Om. C.] pe|sible sacrifices [sleyn sacrifices IS.] of hem, whiche thei offren to the Lord. [verse 29] Forsothe the sones of Aaron schulen haue aftir hym the hooli cloth, which [that IS.] Aaron schal vse, that thei be anoyntid ther ynne [in it IS.] , and her [that her IS.] hondis [hond S.] be

[verse 30] `Thilke, that of hise sones [thilke that hise sones A pr. m. thilke of hise sones that sec. m.] schal be maad bischop for hym, schal vse that cloth seuene daies, and which [the which I.] sone [sone of him IS.] schal entre in to the tabernacle of witnessyng, that he mynystre in the seyntuarie [seyntuarie, shal vse that cloth S.] . [verse 31] So|theli [And sotheli IS.] thou schalt take the ram [wether IS.] of con|secracioun [halewyng IS.] , and thou schalt sethe hise [verse 32] fleischis [fleishe IS.] in the hooli place, whiche fleischis [Om. IS.] Aaron and his sones schulen ete, and thei schulen ete the looues, that ben in the panyere [baskett IS.] , in the porche of the tabernacle [verse 33] of witnessyng, that it be a [Om. O.] pleasaunt [plesyng IS.] sa|crifice [sacr. to the Lord S.] , and that [Om. G.] the hondis of the offreris be halewid. An alien schal not ete of tho [thes thingis IS.] , for tho [thei IS.] ben hooli. [verse 34] That if ony thing leeueth of the fleischis [fleishe IS.] halewid, ether of the looues, til [til to BCIKMSW.] the morewtid, thou schalt brenne the relifs by [with I.] fier, tho [thei IS.] schulen not be etun [kept to be eten after S.] , for tho [thei S.] ben halewid. [verse 35] Thou schalt do on Aaron, and hise [on hise IS.] sones, alle thingis whiche [that IS.] I comaunde [comaundide EGLQT.] to thee. Se|uene daies thou schalt sacre `the hondis [verse 36] of hem [her hondis IS.] , and thou schalt offre a calf for synne bi ech day to clense; and thou schalt clense the auter, whanne thou hast offrid the sacrifice of clensyng, and thou schalt anoynte the auter in to halewyng. [verse 37] Seuene daies thou shalt clense and halewe [halewe it IS.] the auter, and it schal be the [Om. FX.] hooli of hooli thingis; ech man that schal touche it schal be halewid. [verse 38] This [bifore this IS.] it is, that thou schalt do in the auter, twei lambren of o ȝeer [verse 39] contynueli bi ech dai, o lomb in the morew|tid, [verse 40] and the tothir in the euentid; `thou schalt do [so I.] in o lomb the tenthe part of flour spreynt with oyle, powned, that schal haue a mesure, the fourthe part of hyn [hyn, that is, a mesure of two pound EILPS. h. that is, of twey pound X.] , and wyn of [shal be of S.] the same mesure, to make sacrifice. [verse 41] Sotheli thou schalt offre the tother lomb at euentid, bi the custom of the offryng at [of BC.] the [Om. FIS.] morewtid, and bi tho thingis, whiche we seiden, in to the odour [verse 42] of swetnesse; it is a sacrifice to the Lord

bi euerlastynge offryng in to ȝoure genera|ciouns, at the dore of the tabernacle of witnessyng bifor the Lord, where Y schal [verse 44] ordeyne that Y speke [shal speke GS.] to thee; and there Y schal comaunde to the sones of Israel; and the auter schal be halewid in my glorie. Y [And Y G.] schal halewe also the taber|nacle of witnessyng with the auter, and Aaron with [and IS.] hise sones, that thei be set in presthod to me. [verse 45] And Y schal dwelle in the [Om. IS.] myddis of the sones of Israel, and Y [verse 46] schal be God to hem; and thei schulen wite, that [for IS.] Y am her Lord God, which [the which I.] ledde hem out of the lond of Egipt, that Y schulde dwelle among hem; for Y am her Lord God.
