[verse 1] Of the seuenthe moneth forsothe [Om. AB pr. m. D.] the firste day holy and worshipful shal be to ȝow; al seruyle werk ȝe shulen not doon in it, for the day of noyse it is, and of [Om. A.] trompes. [verse 2] And ȝe shulen offre brent sa|crifice, into moost swete smel to the Lord, a calf of the droue oon, o wether, and [verse 3] loombes of o ȝeer, vnwemmed, seuen; and in the sacrifices of hem, of tried flour spreynt with oyle, thre dymes bi eche [verse 4] calues, two dymes bi a [O A.] wether, o dyme bi a loomb, that ben togidre seuen loombes. [verse 5] And a goot for synne shal be [verse 6] offred, in clensynge of the puple, biside the brent sacrifice of calendis, with her sacrifices, and brent sacrifice euerlastynge, with woned offred licours; with the same serymoyns ȝe shulen offre into the moost swete smel, encense to the Lord. [verse 7] The tenthe forsothe day of this seuenthe monthe shal be to ȝow hooly and wor|shipful, and ȝe shulen traueyl ȝoure soulis; al seruyle werk ȝe shulen not doo in it. [verse 8] And ȝe shulen offre brent sacri|fice to the Lord, into moost swete smel; a calf of the droue oon, a wether oon, [verse 9] loombis of o ȝeer, vnwemmed, seuen; and in the sacrifices of hem, of tried flour spreynt with oyle thre dymes bi eche [verse 10] calues, two dymes bi a wethre, a dyme of the tithe bi eche loombis, that ben [verse 11] togidir seuen loombis; and o [a CE.] goot for synne, with outen hem that ben woned to be offred for trespas in purgynge, and the brent sacrifice euerlastynge in sacri|fice,
