[verse 1] The Lord spak to Moyses, seiynge, [verse 2] Tak Aaron with his sones, the clothes of hem, and the oyle of the anoyntyng, a calf for synne, two wethers, a leepe with [verse 3] therf loues; and thow shalt gedere togi|dere al the companye at the dore of the tabernacle. [verse 4] Moyses dyde as the Lord co|maundide; and al the puple gadered be|fore [verse 5] the ȝates of the tabernacle, he seith, This is the word that the Lord comaun|dide to be do. [verse 6] And anoon he offred Aa|ron and his sones; and whanne he hadde [verse 7] washe hem, he clothide the bishop with a lynnen sherte, girdynge hym with a gyrdle and clothing hym [Om. D.] with a blewe [verse 8] coote, and putte aboue the coope, the which streynynge with a lace ioyned it to the brest broche, in the which was loore and sothenes. [verse 9] And he couerde the heed with a mytre, and vpon it, aboute the frownt, he putte a goldun plate, sacrid in halowyng, as the Lord comaundide to him. [verse 10] And he took the oyle of anoynt|yng, with the which he anoyntide the ta|bernacle [verse 11] with alle his ournementis; and whanne halowynge he hadde spreynt the auter seuen sithes, he anoyntide it; and alle the vessels of it, and the lauatorye with his foot he halowide with oyle.
