SX.] to go and plese to God, so and walke ȝe, that ȝe habounde [verse 2] more. Sothely [For V.] ȝe wyten what comaunde|mentis I haue ȝouun to ȝou by the Lord Jhesu. [verse 3] Forsoth [For whi V.] this is the wille of God, ȝoure [oure O.] makinge hooly [holy, or ȝoure halewynge QT.] , that ȝe absteyne ȝou fro fornycacioun.
