[verse 7] But whiche thingis weren to me wyn|nyngis, I haue demyde these [Om. O. these thingis Q.] peiringis for Crist. [verse 8] Netheles [Nereles S.] I gesse alle thingis for [Om. SX.] to be peyrement for the cleer science of Jhesu Crist [Crist, my Lord V.] . For whom I made alle thingis peirement, and I deme as toordis [filthis SV.] , that I [verse 9] wynne Crist, and that I be foundyn in him, not hauynge my riȝtwysnesse that is of the lawe, but `that that [that at O.] is of the feith of Crist [Crist Jhesu V.] , that is of God riȝtwysnesse [the riȝtwisnesse V.] in [verse 10] feith, for [Om. SVX.] to [that I V.] haue comprehendid; o thing forsothe, I forȝetinge sothli tho thingis

that ben bihyndis, strecchinge my silf for|soth to tho thingis that ben the [Om. S.] formere, [verse 14] to the ordeyned thing, pursue to the pris of the hiȝe cleping of God in Crist Jhesu. [verse 15] Therefore who euere we ben parfyt, feele we this thing [thing, that is, this course or rennynge QT.] . And if ȝe [we SXY.] vndirstonden othir [in other V.] maner ony thing, and [and in O.] that [this V.] thing God schal schewe to ȝou. [verse 16] Netheles to what thing we han comen, that we vndir|stonde the same thing, and that we par|fytli dwelle in the same reule. [verse 17] Britheren, be ȝe my [Om. O.] foloweris, and wayte ȝe hem that walken so [so, that is, diligently byholde ȝee hem QT.] , as ȝe han oure foorme. [verse 18] Forsoth [Forwhi V.] manye walken, whom [whiche V.] I haue seide oft to ȝou, forsoth now and [Om. GMPQTV.] which schal refoorme the body of oure mekenesse, configurid, `or maad lyk [Om. OSX.] , to the body of his cleernesse, vp [after GMPQT. bi V.] the worchinge by which he may also make alle thingis suget to hym.
