CAP. XI.
[verse 1] And the Lord seide to Moyses, Ȝit with o veniaunce Y shal touche Pharao and Egipte, and aftyr thes thingis he shal leeue ȝow, and constreyne to goon out. [verse 2] Thanne thow shalt seie to al the puple, that a man aske of his freend, and a womman of hir neiȝbore, silueren and [verse 3] goldun vessels, and clothis; forsothe the Lord shal ȝyue grace to his puple befor the Egipcyens. And Moyses was a ful greet man in the loond of Egipte, before the seruauntis of Pharao and al the pu|ple; [verse 4] and seith [he seith E sup. ras.] , Thes thingis seith the Lord, At myd nyȝt Y shal goon yn to [verse 5] Egipte; and there shulen dye alle the fyrst gotun in the loond of Egipciens, fro the first gotun of Pharao, that sittith in his see, vnto the first gotun of the hand|mayden, that is at the queern; and alle [verse 6] the first gotun of beestis; and there shal
