Perceyue, or take hede to ȝoure silf N. Take heede to ȝoure silf O. Perceyueth to ȝow self QX.] ; if thi brother `hath synned aȝens [schal synne in MNOPQTXY. haue synned in S. hath synned in W.] thee, blame him; and if he schal do penaunce, forȝyue to [Om. SU.] him. [verse 4] And if seuene sithis in the day he schal synne aȝens [in MNOPQSTXY.] thee, and seuene sithis in the day he [Om. X.] schal be con|uertid to thee, seyinge, It forthenkith me, forȝyue to [Om. [verse 17] Forsothe Jhesu answeringe seide, Wher ten ben not clensid, and where ben the nyne? [verse 18] `Noon is [Thare is noon AGMNOPQSTWXY.] foundun, that turnyde aȝen, and ȝaf glorie to God, no [Om. OX.] but this alien [alien, or straunger AGMNPQSTW. straunger XY.] . Jhesu answeride V. answerende X.] to [Om. MNXY.] hem, and [Om. XY.] seide, The rewme of God cometh not with aspy|ing [verse 21] , nethir thei schulen seye, Lo! here, ether [or MOPQTWXY. Om. [verse 22] And he seide [saith AGM NOPQSTWXY.] to his disciplis, Dayes schulen come, whanne ȝe schulen desyre to [for to AGMNOPQTWY.] se o [a A.] day of mannis sone, and ȝe schulen not se. [verse 23] And thei schulen seye to ȝou, Lo! here, and lo! there. Nyle ȝe go, nether sue ȝe; [verse 24] for [for whi AGMNOPQSTXY.] as leit schynynge fro vndir heuene schyneth `on thoo [in to tho AGMNPQSTWXY. in to the O.] thingis that ben vndir heuene, so `mannis sone schal be [shal mannus sone be MP. schal be mannis sone OQTWXY.] in his day. [verse 25] Forsothe first it bihoueth him to [for to AGMNPQTW sec. m. Om. OW pr. m. Y.] suffre many thingis, and to [for to AGMNOPQTWY.] be reproued of this generacioun. [verse 26] And as it was don in the dayes of Noe, so it schal be in the dayes of mannis sone. [verse 27] Thei eeten and drunken, and [Om. AGMNOPQSTWXY.] weddiden wyues, and weren
ȝouun to weddingis, til in to the day in which [the which MPQTXY.] Noe entride in to his [the AGMNOPQSTUVWXY.] schip; and the [Om. U.] greet flood cam, and loste alle. [verse 28] Also as [Om. Q.] it was don in the dayes of Loth, thei eeten and drunken, bouȝten and [verse 29] seelden, plantiden [and plaunteden S.] and byldeden [bylden TX.] ; sothli in what day Loth wente out of Sodom, the Lord reynede fier and brymstoon fro heuene, and loste alle. [verse 30] Vp [Aftir AGMNOPQSTWX.] this thing it schal be, in what day mannis sone schal be schewid. [verse 31] In that our [day MNOPTXY.] he that schal be in the roof, and his vesels in the hous, come he [Om. UV.] not doun to [for to AGMNOPQTWY.] take hem awei; and he [Om. O.] that `schal be [is AGMOQXY. Om. NPSTW.] in the [Om. N.] feeld, also turne not aȝen bihynde. [verse 32] Be ȝe myndeful of the wyf of Loth. [verse 33] Who euere schal seke to [for to AGMNOPQTWY.] make his lyf [soule, that is, lijf AGMNPQSTWY. soule OX.] saf, schal leese it; and who euere schal leese it, schal quykene it. [verse 34] I seye to ȝou, in that niȝt tweyne [two MOPQWX et Y passim.] schulen be in o bed, oon schal be receyued [taken to AGMNOPQSTW. taken XY.] , and `the tother [that other QWX.] `schal [verse 35] be [Om. AGMNOQSTWXY.] forsakun. [verse 36] Thei answeringe seyden [seien AGMNOPQSTWXY.] to him, Where, Lord? [verse 37] Which [The whiche AGMNOPQSTWXY.] seide to hem, Where euere [Om. X.] the body schal be, `also the eglis schulen be gederid to gidere thidur [thidir schulen be gedered togider and the eglis AGMNOPQSTWY. thider shul be gedered togidere the eglis X.] .
