[verse 4] Thider forsothe steȝeden vp lynagis, the linagis of the Lord; the witnessing of Irael, to knouleche to the name of the Lord. [verse 5] For ther seten the setis in dom; the setis vpon [vp A.] the hous of Dauid. [verse 6] Preȝeth that to the pes ben of Je|rusalem; and abundaunce to the loouende thee. [verse 7] Be maad pes in thi vertue; and abundaunce in thi touris. [verse 8] For my bre|theren [brether C.] and my neȝheboris; I spac pes of thee. [verse 9] For the hous of the Lord oure God; I soȝte goode thingus to thee.
