helpe? [verse 4] Whether fleshly eȝen ben to thee, or as seeth a man, and thou shalt seen? [verse 5] Whether as the daȝis of man, thi daȝes, and thi ȝeris ben as mannys [man A. many H.] tymes; [verse 6] that thou seche my wickidnesse, and my synne thou serche? [verse 7] And wite thou, for no thing vnpitous I dide; sithen [sin C.] ther is no man, that of thin hond mai deliuere? [verse 8] Thin hondis maden me, and formeden me al in enuyroun; and so feerli thou puttist me doun. [verse 9] Haue mynde, I be|seche, that as clei thou madist me, and in to pouder thou shalt aȝeen bringe me. [verse 10] Whether not as mylc thou hast mylkid me, and as chese thou hast crudded me? [verse 11] With fel and flesh thou hast clad [clothed AEFH.] me; with bones and senewis thou hast togi|dere ioyned me. [verse 12] Lif and mercy thou hast ȝiue to me, and thi visiting kepte my spirit.
