CAP. IV.
[verse 1] For lo! a dai schal come, brennynge as a chymenei; and alle proude men, and alle doynge [that done R.] vnpitee schulen be stobul; and the dai comynge schal enflaume hem, seith the Lord of oostis, which schal not leeue to hem rote and [of R.] buriownyng. [verse 2] And to ȝou dredynge [that dredden R.] my name the sunne of riȝt|wisnesse [riȝtfulnesse R.] schal rise [rise, ether [or EP] be borun CEFGHIKMNPQSUX.] , and heelthe in [schal be in R.] pen|nys [the pennys R.] of hym; and ȝe schulen go out, and schulen skippe [lippe CEFGHIKMNPQSUX.] , as a calf of [in R.] the [a K.] droue. [verse 3] And ȝe schulen to-trede vnpitouse [the vnpitouse I.] men, whanne thei schulen be aische vndur the soole of ȝoure feet, in the dai in [Om.
