[verse 2] Lord, the kyng schal be glad in thi vertu; and he schal ful out haue [Om. I.] ioye greetli on [of I.] thin helthe. [verse 3] Thou hast ȝoue to hym the desire of his herte; and thou hast not defraudid [bigilid I.] hym of the [thin S.] wille of hise lippis. [verse 4] For thou hast [Om. S.] bifor come hym in the [Om. I.] blessyngis of swetnesse; thou hast set [put I.] on [upon I.] his heed a coroun of pre|ciouse stoon. [verse 5] He axide of thee lijf, and thou ȝauest to [it to I.] hym; the [and the I.] lengthe of daies in to the world, `and in to the world [Om. I.] of world. [verse 6] His glorie is greet in thin helthe; thou schalt putte glorie [on hym the glorie V.] , and greet fayr|nesse on hym. [verse 7] For thou schalt ȝyue hym in to blessing in to the world of world; thou schalt make hym glad in ioye with thi cheer. [verse 8] For the kyng hopith in the Lord; and in the merci of the hiȝeste he schal not be moued. [verse 9] Thyn hond be foundun to alle thin enemyes; thi riȝthond fynde alle hem that haten thee. [verse 10] Thou schalt putte hem as a furneis of fier in the tyme of thi cheer; the Lord schal dis|turble hem in his ire, and fier schal de|uoure hem. [verse 11] Thou schalt leese the fruyt of hem fro erthe [the erthe I.] ; and `thou schalt leese [Om. V.] the seed of hem fro the sones of men. [verse 12] For thei bowiden yuels [yuel S.] aȝens thee; thei thouȝten counseils, whiche thei myȝten not stablische. [verse 13] For thou schalt putte hem abac; in thi relifs thou schalt make redi the cheer of hem. [verse 14] Lord, be thou enhaunsid in thi vertu; we schulen synge, and seie opinly thi vertues.
