Mi soule, blesse thou the Lord; and alle thingis that ben with ynne me, blesse his hooli name. [verse 2] Mi soule, blesse thou the Lord; and nyle thou forȝete alle the ȝeld|yngis

of him. [verse 3] Which doith merci to alle thi wickidnessis; which heelith alle thi sijknessis. [verse 4] Which aȝenbieth thi lijf fro deth; which corowneth thee in merci and [and in I.] merciful doyngis. [verse 5] Which fillith thi desijr in goodis; thi ȝongthe schal be renulid as the ȝongthe of an egle. [verse 6] The Lord doynge mercies; and doom to alle men suffringe wrong. [verse 7] He [Om. A pr. m. CDHU.] made hise weies [weie G.] knowun to Moises; hise willis to the sones of Israel. [verse 8] The Lord is a merciful doer, and merciful in wille; longe abidinge, and myche mer|ciful. [verse 9] He schal not be wrooth with outen ende; and [Om. I.] he schal not thretne with outen ende. [verse 10] He dide not to vs aftir oure synnes; nether he ȝeldide to vs aftir oure wickid|nessis. [verse 11] For bi [aftir I.] the hiȝnesse of heuene fro erthe; he made strong his merci on men dredynge hym. [verse 12] As myche as the eest is fer [Om. S.] fro the west; he made fer oure wickid|nessis fro vs. [verse 13] As a fadir hath merci on [on his I.] sones, the Lord hadde merci on men dred|ynge [verse 14] him; for he knewe oure makyng. [verse 15] He bithouȝte that we ben dust, a man is as hey; his dai schal flowre out so as a flour of the feeld. [verse 16] For the spirit schal passe in hym, and [and it I.] schal not abide; and [and it I.] schal no more knowe his place. [verse 17] But the merci of the Lord is fro with out bigynnyng, and til in to with outen ende; on men dredinge hym. And his riȝtfulnesse is in to the [verse 18] sones of sones; to hem that kepen his testament. And ben myndeful of hise comaundementis; to do tho. [verse 19] The Lord hath maad redi his seete in heuene; and his rewme schal be lord of alle. [verse 20] Aun|gels of the Lord, blesse ȝe the Lord; ȝe myȝti in vertu, doynge his word, to here the vois of hise wordis. [verse 21] Alle vertues of the Lord, blesse ȝe the Lord; ȝe mynys|tris of hym that doen his wille. [verse 22] Alle werkis of the Lord, blesse ȝe the Lord, in ech place of his lordschipe; my soule, blesse thou the Lord.
