[verse 3] Forsothe many daies schulen passe in Israel with outen veri God, and with|out preest, and without techere, and with|out lawe. [verse 4] And whanne thei [thei, that is, there foreseid lawe . . . . . S.] turnen aȝen in her angwisch, and crien to the Lord God of Israel, and seken hym, thei schulen fynde hym. [verse 10] And whanne thei [Asa and his oost N. his oost S.] hadden comun [comen aȝene S.] in to Jerusalem, in the thridde monethe, in the fiftenthe ȝeer of the rewme [verse 11] of Asa, thei [he and his peple S.] offriden `to the Lord [Om. W.] in that dai, bothe of the spuylis and of the prey, which thei hadden brouȝt, seuene [that is, seuene S.] hundrid oxis [oxen INS.] , and seuene thousynde wetheris.
