Alle þe giwes more and lasse Hadden heore children with oute misse Line 1010 In heore Ouene i pult and i do, For heo ne scholden be i seiȝe noȝwer go With Jesu, ase huy i wonede were, Forto pleiȝe here ne þere. Of him huy seiden euere þat worste Line 1015 Niȝht and day, ase huy dorste. Jesus wuste heore foule wille þere, And ȝware þe children i hudde were. Nouȝt for þan for loue he heom bad þat he were to heom i lad, Line 1020 And seide he wolde gon in weiȝe Loueliche and with heom pleiȝe. þe giwes bigonne þo to swere And seiden huy nusten ȝware huy were.
