In to holy kyrke Line 932 So man scholde werke
Þe king cam hom to halle Among þe kniyctes alle Do cubert he seyde Line 936 As ich þe wolle rede Dede beþ myn heyres And þou þe boneyres And of grete strengþe Line 940 Swete and fayr of lengþe Mi reaume þou schalt helde And to spuse welde Hermenyl my douter Line 944 Þat syt in boure softe He seyde king wit wronge Scholde ich hire honder fonge Þing þat þou me bede Line 948 And þy reaume lede At more ich wile þe serue And fro sorwe þe berwe Þy sorwe hyt schal wende Line 952 Her þis seue ȝeres hende And wanne he beþ wente Kyng ȝyf þou me my rente [ȝyf] ȝys MS.] Wan ich þi douter herne Line 956 Ne schalt þou hire me werne
