The Schoff Revolutionary War collection contains correspondence written to or from Wayne for the following dates: April 22, 1777; [end of 1777]; April 27, 1782 (two letters); December 25, 1789; August 29, 1791; June 22, 1792; January 18, 1793; March 30, 1793.

The Detroit Public Library, Historical Society of Pennsylvania, and Library of Congress all have collections of Anthony Wayne papers.

Dickinson College has the Isaac Wayne papers.
