Charles D. Little (1832-dead by 1903) was born into a prominent Saginaw, Michigan, family. By profession, he was a lawyer, Saginaw Circuit Court Commissioner, and Justice of the Peace.

Charles entered the service in the 23rd Regiment, Michigan Infantry as Quartermaster and was commissioned on August 16, 1862. He was mastered on September 13, 1862. Due to disability he resigned on July 20, 1864. He was appointed Notary Public of Saginaw County in 1873. By 1903 he was buried in Saginaw.
