Biography:

Stephen “Steve” A. All was the manager of WFBE, Flint, Michigan Public Schools’ educational television and radio stations in 1965 at the Oak Grove Campus. He served on Central Michigan College’s (now University’s) (CMU) Educational Television Council, 1962-1965. In the late 1960s he was recruited to establish educational television in San Diego, California. Retired in 1999, he lived in San Diego.
