Cornish Novr. 5th. 1791

The Honble. Jeremiah Smith Esqr. at Philadelphia

Sir

I have obtain'd the voucher From Jona. Child Esqr. A [Capt?]
For the articals that I have here sent a memorandum of to you as
you will see by compairing the same with the accompt that you have
with you and Likewise an acct. of 25 buso. rock salt and 6 barrils for
to contain sd. salt which was Delivered to sd. Commissary for the use
of the Armey at the Date mentioned in the accompt, the reason
the above mentioned salt was omitted in the former account is that
said salt was Receipt'd and I could not obtain sd. Receipt till now
for which you will see that the above mentioned salt is containd. in
particular in the Receipt on the back of the memorandum above mentioned
I have Likewise sent you a separate account if the above mentioned
25 buso. rock salt and the 6 barrils which I wish you to annex to the
former accompt of your Frind Sr. if anything more I should be wanting
to compleat the reception allowing the foregoing account Sr. by information
by a Line from you if in my Power to obtain I will Forward
the Same to you this From Your Frind and very humble
Servt.
