SUMMER DELIGHT - CHEESE RING SERVES 8 2 tablespoons (2 _ unflavored gelatin Yq cup cold water Y% cup boiling water 1 (Bounce) package cream cheese Ye cup crumbled American bive cheese (about 3 ounces) 4 tablespoons lemon juice {juice of one medium lemon) ~1 teaspoon ~salt 1 cup heavy cream, whipped Yq cup broken wainut meats Salads greens Fresh strawberries, sticed - Soften gelatin in cond water for five _minutes. Add_ boiling water to dissolve. Mash. cheeses well together with a fork; blend until smooth and creamy. Gradually beat in lemon juice. Add salt.
