its ~side: in shallow roasting pan.

~Bake; uncovered, on bottom rack

in 325-oven (low moderate) about
2% ~hours. At end of halt. of
baking ~period, turn~ chicken on
other~ side and finish heeing.
Serves. 6.

~NOTE: If you prefer a: ~moist
stuffing; increase milk to 1 cup.

For Roast Turkey: Use. twice
the amount of above i ients
toistuff 10. to 12-Ib. turkey; bake
about 4144 to 5 hours. Use 3
times the amount to | ~stuff 12
to 14Ib. turkey; bake ~about 5
to (5 1/4 hrs.
