Wayne State University athletic progtam, President Clarence B. Hilberry announced today. President Hilberry said that negotiations between the University, The Department of Parks and Recreation and the Detroit Rowing Club have Rowing Club has. donated more than $15,000 worth of fixtures and equipment to the University. The Department of Parks and Recreation has agreed to continue to make available its facilities at Belle Isle which are currently used by the Rowing Club. In commenting on the gift.
