. neapolis, Minn. FROM THE PEN _of Rev. GH. | Williams By Rev. G. H. Williams Who is Jesus? Jesus was the one perfect man. Nowhere we find any records of His having sinned. Jesus~ relation to God is quite unique. Again and again in the Bible, we find Him stating that He is God~s messenger sent to reveal to man the true meaning of love and life eternal. He be life. It is not by chance that the core of Christianity lies with. in the life of Jesus... the perfect man and the loving Son of God the Father. For, it pleased God that the fulfillment of His word was brought about tlfough the love and suffering of His Son Jesus, The highest expression of the truth of God~s word is found in the life of Jesus. -His life and subsequent death are~ manifestations of the matchless love |: of God who gave His only begotten Son that all who believed in Him and his word would be saved and given eternal life. The base of the Christian faith rests on this ern of God~s love and mercy. Through faith, charity and service to the church, man can perfect himself and become a living symbol of all that Jesus died for on the cross. So it is that the true Christian finds the real symbol of his ffaith not in any abstract object or principal of reigion, but in Jesus, who gave His life that. His brethren might also become Sons of God. Jesus set the perfect exammple of the good life of ~a humble and charitable being. He is the bread. of life and ~ithe Savior of the world. Jesus said in St. John 31:25 ~1 a the resurrection and the life. He that believeth on ~me though he die, yet shall he live again.~~ = closing, let us remember the words of the poet who Sai ~Nothing reveals character more than self-sacrifice So the highest knowledge we have of God is through the gift of His Son.~~ ~wWilliam Harris Announce Education Advisory Appointment BALTITMORE, Md.~Dr. Nick tion.
