Daniels, 26, 1424 Johnson, and Luther Paeham, oe 1913 N. 26th St., all of Saginaw, Mich. were alr ~ested around 5:00 a.m. by State Police for excessive speeding on Dort Hwy. Haliburton, who was driving, could not show title or registration.. All men were Lodged in the city Jail unless Police could obtain proof of ownership of car. Haiiburton was charged with speeding and not having vehicle registration. All were released. NABBED, WITH STOLEN GOODS, Mar. 9 - Moses Goosby, 18, 2046 Standard was apprehended riding his bicycle down the C & D R.R. track by Police. In his pockets, they found several ladies: wrist watches, cuff Links, Parker 51 Pen and pencil sets. A Lawn Mower Motor was also found in his possession. Police were answering a burgular alarm, in the 2400 block of. Richfield.,,Road. Entrance had been gained by breaking a rear door window. A check of the store showed that the identital merchandise was missing. Upon further questioning Goosby admitted three other break-ins. He will be arrainged in Court Mon day. HOT COAT-COOL MUSIC - Mar. 15, Evelyn Cotton, 1524 Nevada; reported that between 4:45 and 1:00 a.m. person or persons broke into her home by cutting a pad lock that was on a chain.on the rear door.
