Bringing the Moterama to Chi eago for the first time, GM~ will open the admission free show April 24 for a 9-day run at the International Ampitheatre, Hardow H. Curtice, GM president, disclosed.; A huge industrial. exhibition, ~the GM Motorama combines futurisitic ~Dream Cars~? with more than,100 science exhibits, a musical stage and fashion show, a ~Kitchen of Tomorrow~ and GM~s full line of cars, trucks and appliances. A speciel-féatare of the Motorama, in addition, is GM~s gas turbine ~Firebird,~ only car~ of its kind ~built and tested in the United States. In New York, Nam) and Los}. Angeles, the Motorama this year drew crowds totaling over 1,000,000 persons and finai figures at where the show opened last Saturday, are expected to boost this to more than 1,300,000. Mr. Curtis said, ~~~We believe the new Motorama is the best we have ever had. It is a combination of showmanship With a look into the future of industrial research and engineering.~ | * Pointing out that the Motorama goes far beyond the usual auto.
