James V. Campbell Materials includes miscellaneous writings, some of them typescripts of materials held by the Burton Historical Collection, Detroit Public Library. This series also contains manuscripts, poems and stories, written by James V. Campbell. These stories and poems were given as Christmas gifts. The manuscripts are individually bound, and many of them contain clip illustrations glued onto the pages.
