Orchestra Hall 1965-1999 [series]

The Orchestra Hall, 1965-1999 series (4.5 feet, 4 tubes) documents three decades of renovations to the historic Orchestra Hall of Detroit. The project files reflect every phase of the building's preservation, from the schematic design phase to the construction documents and bidding phase. The project files also contains correspondence related to project grants, construction management and contract negotiations. Unlike the Orchestra Hall paper records, which illustrate the span of the project over many years, the architectural drawings primarily reflect the later phases of the Orchestra Hall restoration.
