Served as a lawyer for the U.S. State Department, the Department of Public Housing, the War Production Board, and Special Assistant to the Attorney General of the U.S. Steinberg's student scrapbook contains photographs, event programs, dance cards, clippings, and ephemera. The scrapbook documents his experiences at the University of Michigan. Also included in the collection, a brief biography dated 1964 and a photocopy of an undated article by Steinberg.
