Dacey v. Shultz documents Jabara's role as attorney for the prosecution in the Norton Dacey v. George Shultz case, which challenged the national tax-exempt status of the Jewish fundraising organizations - United Jewish Appeal and Reconstituted Jewish Agency. This case claimed that these organizations were raising money to fund the political activities of the state of Israel.
