- Small perforated papyrus; badly damaged by wormholes; broken off at right and bottom; it has the left and top margins; the surface is coarse; some fibers are frayed on recto.
- Palaeographic Description
- Written with the fibers in two hands. First hand is small-sized cursive ligatured and wrote the half of the text; second hand is rapid and relatively medium-sized cursive with linking letters. Both hands used thin nib. Verso is blank
