- The four columns of the Recto have an unusual widh of about 70 cm. - The writing is a small upright cursive, different from the Verso. (Boak)

- Heraklides, son of Aphrodisios, about 27 years old, with a scar on the left wrist, acknowledges to Haryotes, son of Harmiysis, about 35 years old, with a scar on the left forearm, that he has received from him in cash 60 drachmai for the present 2nd year for 7 arourai of an allotment in the so-called Kanabis, and he has received the rental and guarantees the lease.
- Signatory: Eutychos, son of Eutychos, about 32 years old, with a scar on the ankle bone of the right foot.
