Translation
To Apollonios, strategos, and to Artemon, royal scribe of the Polemon division of the Arsinoite nome, and to Didymos, village scribe of the village of Tebtynis and to Herodes and Pasion, laographoi of the same village, from Didymos, son of Herakleides also called Lurius, catoecus of the 6,475 registered in the quarter of Moeris. I and my brother of the same father and of the same mother, Apion, own in the village of Tebtynis jointly and equally two-thirds of building sites in three parcels in which there are vaulted chambers and other appurtances and another part of another house in another parcel and two-thirds of vacant spaces in another parcel in which nobody is declared, all of which we declare for the house to house registration of the past 7th year of Imperator Caesar Nerva Traianus Augustus Germanicus Dacicus. I therefore present it.
(2nd hand) I, Apollonios, strategos of the Polemon division of the Arsinoite nome, have received a duplicate thereof.
