On the night preceding the 22nd of the present month Phamenoth my mare, wheat-colored, disappeared while being led to water, which I immediately reported to the officials of the village. Since up to the present she has not yet appeared, I present this petition and ask that it be entered on the register, so that if she is found, I may retain the right to plead.; (2nd hand) I, Psenamounis, son of Pakysis, vineyard worker, have given.; (1st hand) In the . . . year of Aurelius Commodus [Antoninus] Caesar [our lord], on Phamenoth 30.
