- Palaeographic Description
- The hand is a cursive written in black ink. (TC). There is very little margin at the left, on the right, a margin of 1.5 cm., which is several times filled with long line-extenders.

- This narrow strip of papyrus contains a medical prescription, complete with title. The title "another (recipe)" makes it likely that the present text was preceded by at least one other prescription. The prescriptions are for dry medications or, with certain additional ingredients, for unguents.
